History

The Ocean City all wheel drive meet started as a Subaru meet up that was held twice a year in June and August of 2008. Only 26 cars showed up to the first meet up. By the time the next year came around it had gained more interest in the Subaru community and 50 plus cars attended in June 2009. Subaru of America sent out STI t-shirts to all the attendees of the 2009 meet due to the interest garnered from the 2008 event.

In June 2010 the Subaru meet up officially became the 2010 Ocean City All Wheel Drive Meet, with over 110 cars in attendance, including Mitsubish Evo’s, Subarus and other all wheel cars as well as lots of freebies to the attendees. By June 2011 the event had again almost doubled in size, with car enthusiasts and sponsors from all over the country in attendance.

2012 will be the biggest year yet! Over 500 cars are expected, as well as live music, all wheel drive DYNO testing, cruse to Ocean City and free giveaways! The event has grown to the point that we had to reserve a larger parking lot which is outside of Ocean City. The car cruise into Ocean City will be epic!
